LEADERSHIP TRAINING

MEDIATION
IMediation focuses on collaboratively finding solutions. The mediator facilitates communication, supervises discussions, and guides the process, ensuring each party's needs and concerns are addressed.
Conflicts often escalate due to miscommunication, but improving dialogue can clarify interests. With greater mutual understanding, parties can identify the real issues and work towards agreement themselves. The mediator does not offer solutions but creates a supportive environment for resolution, helping parties restore peace and trust.

My coaching emphasizes the integration emotional awareness with conversation, interventions, and exercises to increase your self-learning. I have successfully coached leaders in both the profit and non-profit sectors.
